The BluRay or DVD may capture music played by the DJ, Band, or Church, these songs have been paid for by their ASCAP fees and are incidental to the video on the BluRay or DVD and is, as we understand it, a gray area under fair use.  But all Highlight Videos will use only Royalty Free Music as this is not incidental and using music we cannot acquire licensing for is against the law. Please note that if you must have a particular song, just ask, and if licencing is available we will be happy to acquire it for you for a fee. If the fee is unacceptable, which can range from $50 to thousands of dollars, we apologize we will not be able to use your requested song. If you still must have the music, you may want to contract with another company that will risk their reputation and business. Or we can provide an edited video with no music that you can edit or find someone else to add the music as we will not do this. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
